The Pressure Gauge Pillar, also known as a Brass Spacer, is a critical precision-machined component used inside pressure gauge movement assemblies. Designed as a small cylindrical pillar with stepped (shouldered) ends on both sides, it fits securely between the two parallel plates of the movement. It maintains accurate spacing, improves alignment of gears and pinions, and adds structural stability—helping ensure smooth operation and long-term accuracy of pressure measurement instruments. Manufactured from free-cutting brass/copper alloy, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durable performance.
