The Bourdon Tube Tip, also known as the End Cap, Free End, or Sealed End, is a vital component in pressure gauge manufacturing. This compact yet highly critical part is attached to the free end of the Bourdon tube to seal it completely and provide a dependable connection point for the linkage mechanism. As pressure enters the Bourdon tube, it tends to straighten; the tip moves accordingly and transfers this motion through the linkage to internal gears, which rotate the pointer for accurate readings.
